1.-All users will have to register in the system to buy.

2.- After confirming and consenting the terms of sale, you can pay with PayPal.

3.- In a few days, you will receive the tracking number in the PayPal transaction. It may take 1 to 7 days to process orders.

4.- The buyer will be able to check the status of his orders through the mail web of his country.

5.- Since we could update the terms of sale at any time and without prior notice, we warn that a copy of these will not be saved, so we recommend that a downloaded or printed copy of these terms be retained for archiving and subsequent consultation.

The only languages in which these terms of sale will be provided will be English and Spanish.

(3) Prices and payments

The prices of the products are indicated on the website itself. Since the web could contain a large number of products, it could be that some price of a wrong product was ever published. We verify the prices as part of the sales process, so if any price has been indicated erroneously, we will proceed to cancel the order and return the payment amount if it had already been made.

The payment of the goods must be received prior to sending the merchandise according to the payment method chosen by the buyer. We could delay the shipment or cancel the order, and therefore the contract between the parties, if the amount was not received in full.

(4 Bis) Taxes

All prices on the website include value-added taxes, when applicable.

The prices of the products could be updated without prior notice, however, the changes will not affect the current orders.

(5) Purchasing party statements

The buyer declares that:

– It is legally capable of establishing contractual relationships, as well as having total legal authority and capacity to accept the terms of sale of this contract. The information provided in the order is accurate and complete, including the details of the shipping address.

– Is able to receive the order at the address provided.

– Be of legal age, since it is impossible for us to guarantee the use that will be given to the products offered through the web, and to the fact that some could be dangerous if they were ingested or misused. Green Stuff World will not sell products to people under 18. Acceptance of these conditions implies that the buyer is of legal age.

(6) Shipping Policy

Scenery Forge will ensure that the products are sent to the address indicated during the purchase process according to the type of transport indicated. The address must be correct since we will NOT be responsible for any loss due to an incomplete address.

Except for error, we will have all the products in stock that will be sent according to the shipping method chosen as soon as possible. The estimated delivery times of the products are indicated in the “Shipping and Returns” section of our website. We ask your question if there are doubts about it.

If some type of extra cost were passed on to us by the chosen transport company, due to problems when receiving the shipment, the buyer accepts that this cost is transferred as a major part of transport. If the order is returned to origin and the cancellation of the order is requested, the cost of the costs paid related to the shipment will not be returned.

Orders sent and not received cannot be claimed until after 30 days for National orders and 45 days for International orders. After this period of time, the incident must be communicated to claim the package.

If the shipment is returned to origin, it can be sent again, with payment of the transport costs again.

(7) Risks and ownership

The ownership of the products purchased will be transferred to the purchasing party from the moment they are placed in the hands of the carrier chosen by the purchasing party, as long as the total payment of the sums corresponding to the order has been received, the cost of the chosen transport as well as other charges that may arise during transport, or import.

Scenery Forge will have the right to recover ownership of property that has not been transferred.

(8) Rights established by law

Nothing indicated in the terms of sale indicated affect the Rights established by the Law itself. The purchasing party is subject to Spanish Laws and jurisdiction.
